This thirteen storey high end housing is situated in a suburb of Mumbai, Bandra. Surrounded by dense urban fabric, the project sits in proximity to the sea. The building followed a hybrid program with shops and offices on ground floors, three levels of parking and rest of the floors consisting of housing. The uniformity of the skin was broken by releasing the corners of the housing units. Along with these staggering voids, the scale of skin was broken further by different sizes of openings. The palette of materials, which consist of coloured glass and perforated metal panels fragment volume of the building further.
